Xuanzang, who lived in the first half of the seventh century, was an eminent monk who also wrote a fairly detailed story, called the News of the Territories of the West of the great Tang Dynasty (Tang Da Xiyu ji), released in China Buddhist doctrines, especially the doctrine Yogacara (Weishi) Faxiang school grounds. It started from Chang'an in 627 and returned to China in 645, with more than five hundred Buddhist works, they set about translating until death overtook him. Yijing (635-713), is another of the Chinese Buddhist monks, pilgrims from more popularity. It was the first made his trip to India by sea, calling in the famous University of Nalanda monastery, where he remained for over ten years studying the doctrines of Yogacara, Madhyamaka abhidharmakosa and. Wrote a play called List of eminent monks of the great Tang Dynasty who traveled to West Territories in search of the Doctrine (Da Tang Xiyu Qiufa gaoseng zhuan).
