With this post I will explain how to recover after you install Ubuntu Windows 7 . Why I installed Windows 7? Just For some time was curious to try , and now I have some free time I've decided and I have installed on my laptop.
Before starting the installation, the laptop had the following partition is:
- partition with Ubuntu 10.10 ext
- swap partition with Windows XP Partition Partition Data
I decided to delete partition and install Windows XP over Windows 7 . The installation process was quite right (rather long) and have already installed Windows 7 on the PC. The only problem is that Microsoft is not account for nothing and delete the entire MRB so I lost GRUB and Ubuntu all booting , which is the most used operating system, often annoying.
Finally, after a little searching online I found the solution in this forum and recovered within minutes after installing Ubuntu Windows 7.
